What conspiracy theory has the most proof?
Throughout human history, a large percentage of crimes resulting in convictions and prison sentences began as conspiracy theories. Once investigated and exposed, they become proven conspiracies. Any crime that investigators, detectives, prosecutors or journalists suspected involved two or more people was once a conspiracy theory. Once the particulars were established, the theory became fact.
At federal, state and local levels, government agencies, government and military contractors, politicians, political appointees, corporations, health care providers, banking/lending institutions, mining companies and product manufacturers of all sizes are regularly at the center of exposed conspiracies.
In the annuls of law enforcement, corporate crime and political/government agendas, conspiracies are the rule -- and not the exception. A conspiracy is any illegal act or intent to act by two or more people.
Corruption, whether it be political, governmental or corporate, is a conspiracy.
Organized crime/mafia is a conspiracy by it's very definition.
The RICO act was specifically enacted into US law to combat conspiracies.
Money laundering is a conspiracy, as are drug and weapon's smuggling, bribery and kick-backs, price-fixing, insider trading, blackmail and extortion.
According to the FBI, 78% of kidnappings are conspiracies, as well as 60% of bank robberies.
The catholic church and it's infection of pedophilia is an ongoing conspiracy. The cover-up is world-wide, and the conspiracy goes to the very highest levels.

The downfall of all state's governors in US history were as a result of conspiracies, as were the downfall of 90% of state and US senators, and 82% of all mayors.

The plot to take out Hitler and then all of his loyal officers was called Operation Valkyrie, based on the belief that no plan can fail if it has a cool enough name.
For years, Britain had a spiffy trade deal with Iran regarding their prodigious oil fields. The Anglo-Iranian Oil Company was basically a giant money machine for the Anglo half, while the Iranian half got shafted. That all changed in 1951 when Iran nationalized the AIOC and the Iranian parliament elected Mohammed Mossadegh as Prime Minister. Mossadegh was relatively secular, something that pissed of Iranian clerics, but he was also very nationalistic. When Britain tried to regain control of the AIOC, he gave them the finger. Tea was spilled, crumpets were dropped and monocles everywhere popped out in shock.
The "solution":
The US/British overthrow of Iranian prime minister Mohammed Mossadegh: The American CIA fomented widespread unrest, organized a smear campaign based on blatant lies and overthrew the elected prime minister -- installing the puppet dictator the "Shah of Iran". For the next 26 years, this "Shah", under the watchful eye and direction of the US, brutalized his fellow countrymen in ways and in numbers that made Saddam Hussein look like a boy scout.
The consequences have been critical in shaping West/Middle East animosities for 65 years and into the foreseeable future.
An unsuccessful American CIA conceived and executed plan to overthrow Cuban president Fidel Castro from 1959 through 1962.

The London InterBank Offered Rate is calculated by asking the major banks of London what rates they would expect to pay were they to borrow money from other banks. Several banks, most notably Barclays, had trading divisions which made very large and career-defining moves on the outcome of the LIBOR rate, and so would apply behind the scenes pressure on the other parts of their institution or on personal friends at other banks to manipulate the rate. First coming to public attention in 2012, over 300 trillion dollars in investments were influenced by this scheming, and many cities around the world lost substantial sums of money when their purchased investments did not properly cover their bond sales.
